The process of becoming an Empire Zone (EZ) certified business begins with completing an application and returning it to Jennifer Switzer, EDC’s EZ Specialist. You can reach Jennifer at 518.761.6007, or via e-Mail at jswitzer@edcwc.org.

Once the application is completed, it is reviewed by the local EZ Review Board, which forwards it to New York State for final approval.
