New York State's Shovel Ready Certification is granted to sites deemed ready for new development and job creation. Business leaders and location consultants nationwide recognize the Shovel Ready designation as a mark of excellence. Queensbury Business Park and Tech Meadows, both located in Warren County, are two of 26 sites statewide that are certified Shovel Ready.

Tech Meadows
