EDC Representing Warren County
at National Trade Shows
EDC representatives are marketing the benefits of doing business in Warren County to national and international contacts by attending a series of trade shows this spring and summer, including PharmaMedDevice, OEM New England, MD&M East, and BIO International.
“We don’t need to be exhibitors at these shows to find them beneficial. Walking the show floor and making contacts is our main purpose, as we attempt to find leads who want more information about Warren County,” notes EDC President Len Fosbrook.
EDC has attended or will be represented at the following shows:
- PharmaMedDevice, an event focused on the convergence of the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biologic industries (March 26-28, Philadelphia)
- OEM New England, advanced design and manufacturing trade show (April 30 – May 1, Boston)
- MD&M East (Medical Design & Manufacturing), the world’s largest event for medical manufacturing and innovation in medical device technology (June 3 – 5, Javits Convention Center, New York City)
- BIO International Convention, a global event for biotechnology, where EDC will be represented by the NY Loves BIO Pavilion (June 17 – 20, San Diego). EDC has submitted a half-page ad for the pavilion directory, emphasizing the prime location of Warren County within Tech Valley.
By attending these shows, EDC representatives are more aware of important issues in these various industries, and can be better prepared for discussions with companies from these sectors.
