Glens Falls named one of the most affordable places in New York to rent
Rent.com released an article on Wednesday naming Glens Falls one of the most affordable places to live in the country, ranking as #3 on the list, just behind Carthage and Elmira.
The article listed Glens Falls with an average rent for a one-bedroom apartment being $775 and mentions the nickname of Hometown USA, alongside a photo of the Smith Flats apartments owned by Glen Street Associates.
“Glens Falls has a small-town vibe and is a great place to live,” says the article. “The town is at the gateway to the Adirondack Mountains, and Saratoga Springs — known for horse racing — is just 15 miles south.”
