GF Nation Fund

A scholarship under the GF Nation Fund was established to honor the life and legacy of Ed Bartholomew, past president of EDC Warren County who oversaw economic development for the city and Warren County and was also the former Glens Falls mayor.

Ed Bartholomew’s friends and family established this scholarship fund in his name to benefit students of Glens Falls city schools and local charitable causes that help children.

Anyone wishing to contribute to the scholarship fund can send donations to GF Nation Fund Inc., 21 Dix Ave., Glens Falls, NY 12801 in the name of Ed Bartholomew.

The GF Nation Fund’s mission is to enhance the development of the students of the Glens Falls City School District through financial support of its K-12 extracurricular programs, including art, music, clubs, and athletics. GF Nation Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Monies raised each year through in-kind donations and special events go directly to faculty and staff throughout the school district to support key extracurricular programs and advance student experiences beyond the classroom.

Any faculty or staff member of the Glens Falls City School District can make a written request for financial support from the GF Nation Fund for an extracurricular project or activity.
